Sally has over 25 years of experience coaching individuals and teams. She has worked with more than 90 companies, including 40 startups. For the last 15 years, she has specialized in executive coaching and development, teambuilding, organization assessment and managing change. She has supported venture capital firms, board members and executive teams in achieving the goals of their organizations.
Sally received a BA in Sociology from Indiana University. She holds a Masters degree from San Jose State University and is a graduate of University Associates, as well as a Certified Trainer in Organization Development, Situational Leadership and Myers Briggs. She worked as a Facilitator for the Interpersonal Dynamics Course in the MBA program at Stanford University.
